Currently he is working with Cyrus Group as Assistant General Manager in Back office since July 2012 taking care
- helping to develop a customer service policy for an entire organisation.

- issuing refunds or compensation to customers.
- meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service.
- Co-coordinating between builder & company.
- Handling client’s queries.
Prior to Cyrus Group he was working with ICICI Bank as Assistant Sales Manager from December 2001-September 2003. He also was working with Rakman Industries Ltd as Assistant Accountant from February 2000-November 2001.
